Blue Monday

Today's Blue Monday is all about wedding programs. I have decided that this is the one DIY project that I will take on for our wedding. I have found a couple that I like but the one that I have chose to imitate is the one with the monogram on the ribbon. It ties into our theme perfectly with the colors and the monogram.
